Line-Up

Thermal overload relays

Elettra prrovides a complete line-up of thermal overload relays, designed to ensure effective protection of electric motors against overloads and phase failure. Thermal overload relays for mini-contactors are used for overload and phase failure protection in combination with mini-power contactors and power contactors. BK thermal overlaod relays for power contactors are designed to protect against overload and phase failure in combination with contactors. They are equipped with auxiliary contacts (1NO + 1NC) that allow direct connection to the contactor control coil. On the front of the device there is a trimmer for adjusting the trip current and a selector switch that allows you to choose between manual or automatic reset. For applications requiring high starting currents, BWK heavy-duty thermal overload relays are available. These devices cover a wide current range, from 2.5 A to 850 A, offering class 30 overload protection and phase failure protection. They also include 1NO + 1NC auxiliary contacts on board. On the front of the device there is a trimmer for adjusting the trip current and a selector switch that allows you to choose between manual or automatic reset.
