- Optimisation of current offices and the development of new workspaces

Meanwhile, we also engineered various innovative processes, implementing cutting-edge information systems and strengthening internal competencies.

New HQ in Padova
Our 1500sqm headquarters in Padova, recently expanded with an additional 2,500 sqm of warehouse space, was designed to house Elettra’s operational centre, including the technical, logistics, administrative, purchasing, IT, marketing, and sales departments.
The facility is located in a strategic position within the Padova Industrial Zone, close to the A4 and A13 motorways. This location ensures fast and efficient procurement and delivery processes.
The logistics platform, organised according to the most modern standards, serves as a key reference point for the international distribution and sale of AEG low-voltage products
Thanks to these strengths, we offer one of the widest product ranges, available promptly throughout Italy.
Process innovation
Elettra‘s organisation, linear and based function, has evolved along new strategic paths, introducing web-based processes and information systems dedicated to the sales network.
We have implemented online software for planning and budgeting in order to support our Clients.
