PURCHASE SUPPORT
You will support the buying team in managing supplies, handling orders, reminders and supplier relations. You will collaborate with the warehouse and production departments to ensure materials are delivered on time. Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail are required.
Administration & Accounting
ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
You will coordinate the administrative department, ensuring the proper management of accounting, financial statements and operational procedures. You will work closely with management to oversee processes, deadlines and tax compliance. Relevant experience in the role, leadership and organisational vision are desirable.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING SUPPORT
We are looking for an organised and independent person to manage administrative tasks, basic accounting and personnel management support. You will use digital tools and collaborate with the office and suppliers. No experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is required.
Sales Executive
TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL OFFICER
You will manage existing customers and develop new opportunities in the electrical sector. You will liaise with technicians, buyers and installers, proposing tailor-made solutions. Good interpersonal skills and an interest in technical matters are required.
MANAGER AREA
You will coordinate sales and agencies in an assigned territory, working closely with management. We are looking for a dynamic salesperson with experience and a results-oriented approach. Mobility within the territory is required.
BACK OFFICE
You will support the sales management team in the operational management of the department: liaising with agencies and vendors, analysing sales data, managing accounts, price lists and promotions. You will be an internal point of reference for the organisation of commercial activities. Accuracy, proficiency with Excel and an aptitude for teamwork are desirable.
Customer Care & Logistics
RETURNS AND NON-CONFORMITY MANAGEMENT
You will manage activities related to returns and non-conformities, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments. You will be responsible for collecting reports, analysing problems and updating documentation. Precision, organisational skills and basic knowledge of logistics flows are useful.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
You will manage the entire order cycle: from entry to fulfilment, including customer requests and logistical support. You will need to be precise, fluent in using a computer and have a problem-solving attitude. You will be the point of contact between customers and internal departments.
Information Technology
IT ASSISTANT
You will support the IT department in the daily management of company systems, providing assistance to colleagues and departments. You will be responsible for basic configurations, software maintenance and workstation updates. Problem-solving skills and familiarity with Apple environments and digital tools are useful.
IA SPECIALIST
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing artificial intelligence-based solutions to automate procedures, improve information flows and support business areas. You will be involved in innovative projects, with freedom to make proposals. Knowledge of generative AI tools (such as GPT), automation (Zapier, Make, API) and an analytical approach would be useful.

Technical Office
HEAD OF TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
You will lead the technical department, coordinating design, schematics and production support. You will be the point of reference for managing the most complex orders and for liaising with the sales, purchasing and quality departments. Useful experience in the electrical sector, leadership skills and structured technical vision are required.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
You will handle phone calls and requests related to after-sales technical support. You will work with the internal team to provide operational support, collect reports, propose solutions and contribute to the improvement of technical support procedures. Good communication skills, organisational skills and basic knowledge of electrical systems are needed.
JOB ORDER MANAGER – PHOTOVOLTAICS
You will manage photovoltaic jobs: planning, progress, customer contacts and production. If you have electrical skills and enjoy organising, this role is for you. Operational and stimulating work.
QUALITY CONTROL – PRODUCTS AND WIRED SWITCHBOARDS
You will verify the conformity of switchboards and components through visual inspections and electrical tests. Your work guarantees the final quality of the product. We require attention to detail, a methodical approach and technical knowledge.
JOB ORDER MANAGER – WIRED SWITCHBOARDS
You will coordinate the production of electrical switchboards, following orders from launch to delivery. You will be the link between the technical department, warehouse and customer. A background in electrical engineering and organisational skills are useful.
Quotator – Switchboards and Electrical Systems
You will draw up technical estimates for electrical panels and automation solutions. You will evaluate materials, times and costs based on requests or specifications. Precision, technical logic and basic knowledge of systems are required.
ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS
You will be responsible for creating and updating electrical diagrams to support production. You will work with the technical office and the wiring department to ensure consistency between design and assembly. Knowledge of electrical CAD software, ability to read drawings and attention to detail are useful..
