We have grown in the last 40 years with our customers: for us they are the key asset of our company. Because of this, we have established a business model aimed at maximizing the value system of all those involved in the process and encourage the development of joint business.

We have added important investments in strategic assets for the business development of our customers: our new headquarters and logistics platform, organisation, engineering of new processes, information systems and skills.

Our new headquarters in Padua, designed to accommodate the significant expansion of our central Italian warehouse and technical, logistical, administrative and commercial offices, is deployed in the industrial area of Padua in a strategic position for connections to the motorway, airport and port of Venice, designed for rapid procurement and deliveries.

Organised according to the most advanced logistics, this platform represents a primary reference point in the international distribution of AEG Low Voltage products, boasting one of the largest assortments of readily available AEG low voltage products.

The Elettra organization, streamlined and structured to function, has evolved in new directions:

o The introduction of new "web-based" processes: information systems dedicated to the Sales Network and online software for design and budgeting, addressed to our customers in order to improve the management, quality of service and responsiveness, using the web channel for sales and technical support and for the formulation of offers and estimates.

o The insertion of the Order Management process provides for the assignment of a project leader responsible for following the entire life cycle of the contract, thus becoming the primary contact person and ensuring the customer a point of reference and proactive staff able to meet the initial needs of the project and its possible evolution, variation or expansion.

o The strengthening of the Technical office with the entry of new qualified specialists and the pursuit of greater specialization in technical functions, in order to support the customer with more targeted preparation.

o The joint activities of the various sectors and the efficient integration of business functions, with the goal of creating concrete synergies with Customers from different market targets, capturing their specific characteristics and needs.

o The focus on the competence of human resources, undertaking selection processes, training and constant updating of our employees and contractors, to ensure higher and more qualified levels of professionalism.
